Les gouvernements locaux de différentes régions de Chine ont lancé des politiques pour stimuler les embauches de jeunes diplômés. Quelque 6,99 millions de jeunes –un record- ont été diplômés d’établissements d’enseignement supérieur en Chine cette année, ce qui augmente les tensions sur le marché du travail chinois.
La direction générale du Conseil des affaires d’Etat (le gouvernement chinois) a récemment annoncé que les gouvernements locaux se doivent de promulguer et de mettre en vigueur des règlements détaillés à ce sujet, et qu’ils doivent prendre l’initiative d’améliorer les mesures et de soutenir vigoureusement les jeunes ou futurs diplômés dans leur recherche d’emploi.
